We couldn't run Board Games By The Bay without the help of our amazing volunteers. If you'd like to help out in any capacity, use the form below to let us know!

Please note the following:

You can help full time (one or both days), part time (a four hour shift) or just for a particular busy period, like set-up.
Even helping full-time, you are very likely to get time to play some games yourself.
You can help by teaching games, or by relieving on the front desk.
You don't need to be able to teach every game! Check out bgbtb.nz/games-library to see what is going to be available.

Saturday 9am to 2pm Saturday 2pm to 8pm Sunday 9am to 1pm Sunday 1pm to 5pm

Part time helpers (half day) get:

Free day pass to Games Fair

With specific jobs: *

Saturday set-up (8am to 9am) Saturday doors open (9am to 10am) Sunday pack-up (5pm to 6pm)
