What is a Math Trade?

A Math Trade is a great, no-risk way to swap your games at one of our events!

Here is how it works:

Step 1:  Go here to register for the Trade.

Step 2:  Add any games you are thinking about trading.  You could add individual games, a game plus expansions, or bundles of smaller items.  You have until submissions close on the day of the trade to add your items.

Step 3:  At the event, you look at all of the games available and decide for each of your games, which other games you would be happy to receive in return.  This is called your Want List, and you will make one for every game in you have in the trade.  Your Want List can have as many or as few games on it as you would like, but you need to be happy to receive any item you put on your list.  If you decide there is nothin you want, just submit an empty list and your game will not trade.

Step 4:  We feed all the Want Lists into a computer program and it magically works out the optimum way to trade games.  For example, you give your game to Amy, they give their game to Bruno, they give their game to Claudia, and they give their game to you.  You can think of it like we are all standing in a circle and passing a game to the left.

The important thing is that at the end of the trade, you will either get something you specifically asked for on your Want List, or you will keep your original game.  No risk!

We'D LOVE TO HEar from you!
